I have an eating disorder. (um duh)
So I REALLY want to eat normally. I research online: "How many calories is normal for a 15-17 year old girl?" And people say like 2000 or like 1800 to maintain and its just GAH
I cannot eat that much.
my nutritionist did not clarify calories because she wants me to only focus on simply 3 meals a day, snacks in between.
I don't know my weight because I threw away my weight scale.
lol the only thing I know is that I'm between 98-114 pounds GAHHh0iuwheg
so yeah if someone could advise me like, normal eating for a girl who is between those ages and also exercises for like 30 minutes a day dancing (Lol) would be great lol thanks
